The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Access to course content, mentorship, and community channels is granted upon successful payment via the supported payment methods (M-Pesa, card, or crypto). Access duration and renewal terms are as stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
Due to the digital nature of the content, payments are generally non-refundable once course access has been granted, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute course materials, not to abuse the community space, and not to misrepresent your trading results or credentials within the community.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, including unauthorized sharing of paid content or abusive conduct toward other members.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
